Established in 1992.

I was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1992. For several years, I practiced law as a commercial litigator with two AV-rated national law firms while doing significant pro bono work, including in family court. Before being admitted to the California Bar in 2003, I was a doctoral candidate at Columbia University Law School where I focused on human rights and security issues. I represent primarily low and moderate income individuals in family law matters at affordable rates. Awards include outstanding volunteer with the San Francisco and Alameda County bar associations.
